I want to ship a new default skin for the player in version 4.7.

Main priorities:

• Modernize CSS with Grid/Flex layout.
• Use CSS variables for colors
• Improve mobile layouts & responsiveness

The default look should be pretty simple, so that there's relatively little that needs to be overridden by customizers.
