Just set up my first inbox and it shows Enabled. Setup done using the libredesk AI assistance.
Sent 3 test emails to the support email. All three landed in the Inbox Folder on the email inbox.
None of them synced to Libredesk inbox , even after waiting for an hour.

Emails received in their inboxes: 2:51 PM, 2:53 PM, 3:23 PM, all in IST.
Current time: 4:14 PM. no sync to Libredesk inbox yet.
Followed the SMTP and IMAP setup as per the instructions given by Libredesk AI.
