Install of @php-wasm/cli fails due to NPM package @php-wasm/node missing version 3.0.13 #2801

Prerequisites

• I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
• I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

When I tried to install @php-wasm/cli, it threw an error that its dependency @php-wasm/node version 3.0.13 is missing.

$ npm i @php-wasm/cli
npm error code ETARGET
npm error notarget No matching version found for @php-wasm/node@3.0.13.
npm error notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm error notarget a package version that doesn't exist.

I confirmed it in the list of published versions on NPM, the latest is 3.0.12.

While @php-wasm/cli and other modules are on 3.0.13. Its published package.json has these related dependencies.

Expected behavior

Able to install @php-wasm/cli with all its dependencies including the same version of @php-wasm/node

Actual behavior

Unable to install @php-wasm/cli due to missing version 3.0.13 of @php-wasm/node

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a temporary folder: mkdir example && cd example
2. Initialize empty project: npm init -y
3. Install @php-wasm/cli: npm i @php-wasm/cli
4. See error: No matching version found for @php-wasm/node@3.0.13

Isolating the problem

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only this plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
