As I shared on Twitter, we had a great time doing the Turtle for loops activity at a local High School. We don't have admin privileges on the machines in the lab, and our Eclipse has been installed somewhere other than "c:". This meant we weren't able to just double-click the jar to launch TKJ. I had them launch eclipse and open the workspace (the unzipped folder), and this worked on 1/5th of the machines, which was perfect for encouraging group collaboration, but it would be nice to get it running on all of the machines.

On the machines it didn't work, all we saw was a blank workspace. Very puzzling behavior for group-administered machines all with fresh windows and eclipse installs. It would be nice to be able to customize the launcher so it works with non-standard install locations.
