  1. fix: 4 high-severity bugs — handoff state restore, freeze JSON escape… 

    …, createRequire import, weekly_active inflation

- browser-manager: handoff error path now rolls back this.browser/context/pages/tabSessions
  to old state instead of leaving them pointing at the closed new context
- freeze hook: escape backslashes and double quotes in file paths before embedding
  in JSON deny response, preventing malformed JSON from bypassing the freeze
- build-node-server: add missing `import { createRequire } from "node:module"` so
  the Node.js server bundle doesn't crash on startup with ReferenceError
- community-pulse: use COUNT(DISTINCT (gstack_version, os)) via RPC instead of
  counting all rows, so weekly_active reflects approximate unique installs
