PipeScript should extend `System.Management.Automation.CommandInfo` objects. Many of these extensions should be ported over from [Piecemeal](https://github.com/StartAutomating/Piecemeal). At least some other should be present to assist namespaced functions (#329) and namespaced aliases (#334)
