New azure/auditlogs rule (T1528, Steal Application Access Token). Narrows the broad 'End User Consent' event to the high-fidelity combination: non-admin consent + a high-risk mailbox delegated scope (Mail.Read/ReadWrite/Send/MailboxSettings.ReadWrite) + offline_access. Validated:
sigma check(0 issues), test_rules.py, test_logsource.py, official json-schema,yamllint --strict.
