There is an error in the Installation Script when reading registry values, the Path exists in the registry but not the property (Get-ItemProperty -Path $global:SSMS*_RegistryConfigKey -Name InstallDir).

And some suggestions to make the installation/release smaller/better:

• remove the pdb files from the Releases.
• remove the docx file from Releases.
• have common dlls in a shared path in the zip file.
• Confirm which versions to install (I have multiple SSMS instalations)

Although we live in the age of high speed internet, some of us don't really have high speed :(. And some of us work with small disk MS Surface :).
