Description

Gamepads that follow the Android HID layout, 8BitDo pads and Xbox controllers over Bluetooth with the in-kernel driver among them, put their right stick on ABS_Z/ABS_RZ and their triggers on ABS_GAS and ABS_BRAKE, which were dropped: the triggers could not be read at all. Such a device has no Rx/Ry, so its accelerator and brake are reported as U and V now.

The mapping of the device's axes is now resolved once, when the joystick is opened, instead of in two separate switches.

Gamepads that follow the Android HID layout, 8BitDo pads and Xbox
controllers over Bluetooth with the in-kernel driver among them, put
their right stick on ABS_Z/ABS_RZ and their triggers on ABS_GAS and
ABS_BRAKE, which were dropped: the triggers could not be read at all.
Such a device has no Rx/Ry, so its accelerator and brake are reported
as U and V now.

The mapping of the device's axes is now resolved once, when the
joystick is opened, instead of in two separate switches.
