The current agreement for individual contributors is the Rockxy Individual Contributor License Agreement v2.0. An organization that owns or controls a contribution must also execute the Rockxy Corporate Contributor License Agreement v1.0.
The agreements let contributors keep their copyright while giving the Project Owner the rights needed to maintain the public AGPL source edition, distribute official Rockxy binaries, offer paid capabilities, and transfer the Rockxy project or business to a future successor that assumes the agreements.
The signing process, version policy, privacy notice, and historical agreement archive are documented in legal/cla/README.md.
The agreement previously used by the project is preserved unchanged at
legal/cla/archive/CLA-v1.md. Historical v1
signatures remain preserved in signatures/cla.json; they are not treated as
acceptance of ICLA v2.0.
