Much of the AzureFunction update revolves around ensuring compatibility with Flex Consumption plan function apps.
The MiniModule overhaul looks at improved build automation & vscode integration, while resolving a few other painpoints and integrating support for automatic function export to the manifest.
Also added creation of a Github Release.
