Enter-PSSession does not work when trying to connect to the 6.2.0-preview.1 endpoint on a Windows IOT ARM32 on Raspberry Pi.

Invoke-Command with the same session works though.

Steps to reproduce

PS> $s = New-PSSession -computername x.x.x.x -credential Administrator -ConfigurationName PowerShell.6.2.0-preview.1
PS> Enter-PSSession $s

Expected behavior

Can connect interactively.

Actual behavior

PS> Enter-PSSession $s
Enter-PSSession : The term 'Measure-Object' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or
operable program.
