totally not a low effort contributionPretty much taken directly from yarnforge. I'm not entirely sure what attribution should be given.
It passes checkstyle as well.
This seems to be required for Pams Harvest Craft 2 Food Core support: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/pams-harvestcraft-2-food-core.
It also creates a new module, patchwork-tags.
