Sub proposal:

To prevent PIP number confusion in the future with my own PIP ideas/documents I have decided to name my own, not yet approved PIPs, Sky-PIPs and start numbering from 1 to N for my own PIP ideas.

The idea is that if it's approved the Sky-PIP-0002 can be renamed to PIP-XXXX where it fits in into the current PIP numbers.

Alternatively it can just be kept the way it is right now and then it can be considered a proposal to start the PIPs with a few letters from the author or authors of the PIPS to more easily work on different ideas/PIPs at the same time without requiring to wait on a PIP-number and so PIP writes can version their PIPs in parallel of each other.
