The GitHub "Galaxy Brain" achievement was awarded for consistently providing helpful answers in public repository Discussions and having at least two of your answers marked as "accepted" by the original poster or another user with permissions. The badge recognized users who actively helped others by solving problems with clear, helpful answers. However, as of February 2024, GitHub disabled the ability to earn Achievements in their main GitHub Community Discussions to combat spam and low-quality posts. While you cannot earn the badge there, you can still get it by contributing to discussions in other public repositories outside of the main Community forum.
