- config: enable_frame_trace and stdout_trace are now deprecated. Use
  `trace_level: <error|warn|info|debug|frame>` to select log level for stdout.
- config: the `-w` command line option, used to validate board controller vcom
  configuration, is more robust and supports format used by newer controllers.
- uart: add support for more baudrates. CPCd will refuse to operate over 921600
  if hardware flow control is not enabled.
- doc: add README.md to explain usage of script/cpc_iostream_bridge.py
