allow filtering by the id property on related resources Awesome feature add! Yeah we gotta get this dependency resolution thing figured out though.

To get the model manager into the filter, I'm going with a constructor parameter for now.
IFilterProvideris a bit tricky and I wanted to just get this feature working.
