The name of package providing binary executables for Debian 14 and Ubuntu 26.04 is `framework-tool`. `rust-framework-tool` is the source package name, but not for apt install. Ref.: https://packages.debian.org/forky/framework-tool https://packages.ubuntu.com/resolute/framework-tool
