The first FULL release (not a pre-release). Ships everything since v0.3.1:
- both measurement-corruption fixes (FreezeGate ratio-creep; Kaiser-sinc
  polyphase resampler) - the 'tinny EQ' root causes
- the complete 70-finding audit: status-ladder honesty (the green headline
  now tells the truth), honest THD + crosstalk-robust sweep-SNR metrics,
  engine/platform correctness, working site downloads
- AutoPerEar schedule-router hardening + the whole-app design-QA gate
- 541 tests, Windows + macOS CI green

EARS Bridge v0.3.1 (pre-release): Learn reference in the main GUI

Moves the (required) reference-learn step out of the Advanced disclosure into the main config
flow so it is discoverable, plus the from-scratch Usage guide and exclusive-mode/Windows-Audio/48k
setup docs. Builds on the v0.3.0 Dirac phase-imprecise fix + measurement-integrity arc. Alpha
pre-release; Windows 11 tested.

- Combine modes: Auto per-ear moved to the top (the mode to use with Dirac).
  Single-ear modes renamed "Left ear only" / "Right ear only". The non-Auto
  modes are now marked "not for Dirac" -- for testing / non-Dirac use.

v0.2.14

- Removed the Two-pass Left / Two-pass Right combine modes; Auto per-ear
  supersedes them (Dirac runs one routine that sweeps both channels). A saved
  Two-pass setting migrates to Auto per-ear.

v0.2.13

- Update notifications: on launch the app checks GitHub for a newer release and
  shows an "Update available" link in the title bar. Advanced toggle to disable;
  never auto-downloads.
- In-app brand glyph now matches the app/window icon.
- Single source of truth for the app version.
