Today the folders of source have a name in one branch and another branch in the other, as the versions are unified plan to rename them to be equal.
Furthermore I think the name repetitive and intend to summarize it to refer only to the name DuinOS + the architecture used, getting as follows:
- DuinOS.avr for AVR architecture
- DuinOS.sam for ARM SAM
- DuinOS.st32 architecture for ST32
And so for every other architecture that is a clone of the Arduino.
The other folders, and libraries as examples, will follow the same procedure as needed. Facilitating its application in Arduino 1.5.x
