This commit updates the README.md file to include `fpm test` commands for 1. Single- or multi-image execution (all tests pass) and 2. Automatic GPU-based acceleration (segmentation fault). The crash with GPU-based acceleration appears to be a (possibly platform-specific) compiler bug and will be investigated further.
