Simcline-V3 is now available!

Simcline-V3 is the new self-contained SIMCLINE library for ESP32-S3 boards.
It dynamically discovers and mirrors trainer BLE services, including support for Zwift Virtual Shifting.
Many examples guide users from introductory MITM testing to complete SIMCLINE actuator operation.
Simcline-V2 remains available as a stable fallback during the transition period.
