Remove UWP Specs - #514

Unclear what purpose they served. The specs have recently been removed from FA as well, they seemed to be kindof playground of one of the developers.

IMPORTANT

• The changes are covered by unit tests which follow the Arrange-Act-Assert syntax and the naming conventions such as is used in these tests.
