onReopen is called when using Firefox even when reopen fails (long-polling) #93
Description
When the network connection is disconnected and Atmosphere tries to reconnect, it will call onReopen even though the reconnect attempt fails. This happens at least in Firefox, not in Chrome, not sure about other browsers.
Seems to be the same issue as #15 but reproduces when enableProtocol=true.
