Transferring QuickTime movie to Apple TV for iPad and iPhone viewing

I have an old home movie in QuickTime, is it possible to transfer this into Apple TV in order that I can access this wth my iPad mini 6 and my iPhone 12pro?

Yes, it should be possible to import the file into the Apple TV app on a Mac and then sync it to the iPad and iPhone.

Step 1:

click here ➜ Import media on your Mac into the Apple TV app - Apple Support

Step 2:

click here ➜ Sync content between your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Alternatively, you can upload it to iCloud and if the iPhone and iPad are using the same Apple Account as the Mac, then you can see the uploaded file on the Files app on each device under iCloud Drive.
