Premiere Pro keeps crashing on Mac Mini M4

Hi everyone,

I am using a Mac Mini M4 with the official Adobe Premiere Pro subscription.

But Premiere Pro keeps crashing frequently during editing.

Sometimes I also see a popup saying:

“crashpad_handler wants to connect to sentry.io”

I already tried restarting the Mac, but the issue still happens.

Can anyone suggest the best settings or fixes for Mac Mini M4?

Try deleting the preferences . . . it sometimes helps with Final Cut Pro.

How to Reset Preferences

Quit Premiere Pro: Ensure the application is completely closed.
Hold the Option Key: Press and hold down the Option key on your Mac's keyboard.
Launch Premiere Pro: Click to open Premiere Pro while continuously holding the Option key.
Confirm Reset: Keep holding the key until the Reset options dialog box appears. Check the box for Reset app preferences and click OK or Continue.

This action restores Premiere Pro to its default out-of-the-box settings. Your personal project files, media, and sequences remain completely unaffected.
