It's a serious pain! Would not recommend
It's a serious pain to submit an insurance claim... We have been an Outdoorsy customer since 2016. And every single time we need to submit a claim it is an absolute hassle. We are forced to email photos, docs, etc multiple times. A recent glass repair approval took a week or more. It's a glass claim. That shouldn't take more than 24 hours. Response time is terrible, and the only way to get ahold of anyone is through email. My God. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's by far the worst insurance company we have to deal with. We are a full fledged dealership with a service department who works with insurance companies weekly. And I can say with confidence that submitting claims through Outdoorsy/Roamly is the most painstaking. We encourage every customer to find a way not to use Roamly/Outdoorsy insurance. I wish there was a better way but unfortunately we are stuck. I can assure you, we never recommend your company.
