Our Focus
Adelis invests in small to medium sized companies across Northern Europe, typically with revenues of €10–300 million. We focus on three core sectors:
- Business Service
- Tech & Software
- Healthcare & Life Science
We often focus on niches in which we have built extensive experience from investing across multiple geographies. We seek to back companies with strong market positions and the ambition to shape their industry – through organic initiatives and strategically-attractive acquisitions. Many of our portfolio companies have led the consolidation of their home markets or established themselves as European or global champions in their field.
Our Development
In 2025, we successfully raised Adelis Equity Partners Fund IV AB with total commitments of EUR 1.6 billion, bringing the firm’s total capital raised to over EUR 4.25 billion.
Our team commits significant capital to every fund and with a 7% share of the capital, is the single largest investor in Fund IV ensuring strong alignment of interest with our investors and management teams.
Our external investors are primarily pension funds, life insurers, foundations and endowments in Europe and North America. Most invest directly into Adelis while others invest indirectly via fund of funds.
