NATO PA: 71st Annual Session - 10-13 October 2025, Ljubljana (Slovenia)
Press release by the EP Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly - 13 October 2025.
The plenary sitting adopted six resolutions with policy recommendations for NATO governments:
- Bolstering democratic resilience against foreign interference;
- Advancing NATO's deterrence and defence posture after The Hague Summit;
- Strengthening the transatlantic economic and security partnership;
- Fostering stability and reconciliation in the Western Balkans;
- Solidarity with Ukraine and the imperative for a just and lasting peace
- Preparing NATO for the future of uncrewed warfare.

NATO PA Spring Session - 23-26 May 2025, Dayton, Ohio (United States)
Press release by the EP Delegation to the NATO PA on the occasion of the NATO PA Spring Session in Dayton, Ohio (United States) - 26 May 2025.
Eight Members representing the Delegation for relations with the NATO Parliamentary Assembly (DNAT) joined the NATO PA Spring Session in Dayton, Ohio, USA. The plenary was addressed by Heads of State and Government from a number of Western Balkans countries, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister and, for the first time, the NATO Secretary General Marc Rutte.
Fifteen reports were presented to the NATO PA committees and the following two declarations were adopted by the Assembly:
- DECLARATION 496 - TAKING NATO DETERRENCE AND DEFENCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL AT THE HAGUE SUMMIT
- DECLARATION 497 - PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH IN UKRAINE
NATO PA: 70th Annual Session - 22-25 November 2024, Montréal (Canada)
The main points of the adopted resolutions and recommendations stressed the following:
- supporting Ukraine until it achieves victory;
- upgrading Allied air and missile defences;
- combating conflict-related sexual violence;
- galvanising technological progress to support prosperity and security;
- harnessing the opportunities of responsible Artificial Intelligence in the military.
