Thorough program ( NCI-1)

Thorough program ( NCI-1). Concise. Cogent. Was actionable information that increased my confidence in communication and appraising my fellow humans. The course in and of itself was valuable and one could simply work at applying this new found awareness to oneself and one's interactions. I liked that. At the same time it left me genuinely wanting to learn more about how to apply it with the extended learning opportunities.

I have had a serious billing issue with…

I have had a serious billing issue with Doxy where they send receipts for billing a credit card expired three years ago, cancelled my subscription out of the blue leaving me embarrassed as I was unable to use the platform and they have been billing directly from my bank for at least two years on a card they evidently do not know they are using. I have had over 8 emails with doxy and tried to contact them with no possibility of any actual live person interaction. I am providing a reach out here hoping Doxy will contact me as this is a serious privacy and accounting issue that they send me receipts for a credit card long cancelled yet bill my bank, have no internal record and then cancel my account due to lack of payment where my bank assures me it has nothing to do with them. I error is very clear to me in thier booking and accounting but apparently they can't find it. I would not advise working with this company 1. Impossible to reach "urgently". No means to talk to a person. 2. Staff DO NOT read explicit emails with details but simply bounce back wiht solution that is unacceptable and deny responsibility ( never carefully read my emails). Impossible to talk to anyone in real time.

Received bottle with no contents

Received bottle with no contents. They did send bottle with replacement. HOWEVER, looking over my receipt there is NOTHING on the order indicating I have been signed up for recurring ordering. I received email today ( 90 days later) saying card will be charged. VERY DIFFICULT To cancel this apparently default 3 month delivery and impossible to stop the charges. I tried to cancel my card with them and they have website saying they are down for maintenance and impossible to change this. Have contacted them and demanded they NOT ship and NOT charge my card. BEWARE this company. Again I have NO RECEIPT from them saying I authorized use of my card with recurring payment and more product requested. VERY HARD to cancel what seems to be set up by default if you order from them. Caveat emptor!!!

I stopped in the shop in Nice needing…

I stopped in the shop in Nice needing to get my glasses adjusted after they were skewed from my poor care in packing them while backpacking. The gentleman in the shop fixed them on the spot with a smile. I offered to pay him and he declined. it is so meaningful when you are travelling and have a nuisance problem like this to have a kind person be genuinely gracious and helpful. I regret I will not be in Nice ( I live in NZ) to get my next pair of glasses. I am so happy to have my glasses straight and level again!!! Thank you for the kind service!!

No delivery/ paid for item/ no accountability/ no tracking of package available.

I received an email from Kittyspout that the item had been delivered. It was not. I contacted the company and they wrote a lovely email back saying they would look into it. This was followed by another email telling me to inquire at my local post office maybe it was there! There is no tracking number with this item at all. i wrote back and communicated I wanted an immediate refund or assurance from them they were taking responsibility for the shipping issues. Haven't heard anything. I will be contacting credit card company to make a fraud complaint.
