Stay away! This company is a complete scam. They just raised my rate by more than $2,000 dollars without any previous notice, charged my card, and gave me no way whatsoever to cancel and get a refund. There is no customer service phone number, and the entire website and email customer service is done via AI. No humans on board! The plane has no captain! It is a steal machine. A complete scam.
