We got into why AI moved from a single-player game to a multiplayer one, how I can tell real AI infrastructure from a wrapper, and who is accountable in 18 months when the handoff breaks. Accountability is test for real infrastructure. If team cannot reconstruct which agent made decision, what data it used, and who could override it, handoff has already failed. Multiplayer AI needs shared event history and explicit owner per customer outcome.
