On-site library facilities for Members

The EP Library offers specific onsite facilities for Members of the European Parliament, their staff and the parliamentary community with a multilingual collection of physical books as well as digital sources, the library on-site services include:

- Reading rooms in Brussels and Strasbourg
- Professional reading corners
- Venues for events (exhibitions, book talks, roundtables, policy hubs)
- Info-sessions, classes and training
- Multilingual assistance

Library opening hours

The EP Library is accessible to EP users and accredited visitors only.

Brussels (SPINELLI 5D)
Monday to Thursday, long Fridays: 8:00 - 20:00 (infodesk staffed 9:00 - 17:30)
Short Fridays: 8:00 - 17:30 (infodesk staffed 9:00 - 13:30)

During plenary session weeks:
Monday: 14:30 - 18:00
Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:45 - 18:00
Thursday: 8:45 - 12:30

Monday: 15:30 - 18:30
Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:15 - 18:30

The European Parliament Library and the knowledge sources form part of the European Parliament Research Services (EPRS), it contains the in-house research center and think tank of the EP. The library provides:
