Meeting of the D-CL delegation, 20 May 2026, Strasbourg
A meeting of the Delegation to the EU-Chile Joint Parliamentary Committee (D-CL) took place on 20 May 2026 in Strasbourg.
The following topics were debated:
- The new Government in Chile: first measures adopted;
- The Advanced Framework Agreement EU-Chile one year on: state of implementation of the Agreement;
- Cooperation EU-Chile in the field of security and fight against organised crime.
The 29th meeting of the EU-Chile Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) was held on 9 July 2025 in Strasbourg.
The 28th meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) EU-Chile took place from 17 to 19 March 2025 in Santiago de Chile and Valparaiso.
Stefano Cavedagna taking office as newly elected Chair of the Delegation to the EU-Chile Joint Parliamentary Committee on 3 October 2024.
Afin de permettre un démarrage rapide de la nouvelle législature, le Parlement a préparé à l'attention des nouveaux députés une série de brochures fournissant des informations détaillées sur le rôle du PE dans les politiques extérieures de l'UE ainsi que sur le travail des délégations interparlementaires permanentes.
