However, there are some limitations and restrictions you should be aware of when integrating WP Travel with WooCommerce:
1. WP Travel Checkout: The WP Travel Checkout feature will no longer be available after integrating with WooCommerce. You should use the WooCommerce Checkout for processing payments.
2. MultiCart and On-Page Features: The MultiCart and On-Page features of WP Travel will not be accessible. You can use WooCommerce Checkout Add-Ons instead.
3. WP Travel Field Editor: The WP Travel Field Editor function for the checkout page cannot be used. You should use the WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor feature.
4. WP Travel Coupons: WP Travel coupons cannot be used. You should utilize WooCommerce coupons for discounts and promotions.
5. Multi-Currency at Checkout: The multi-currency option at checkout is not available. You can use the Currency Switcher Block (Multi-Currency feature) provided by WooCommerce.
6. Booking Email Templates: Except for the invoice template, you cannot use other email templates from WP Travel. You should rely on the default WooCommerce email template for notifications.
7. Payment Status Verification: Payment status verification cannot be done from the booking table. You should verify the payment status from the WooCommerce > Orders section.
8. Admin Notifications: Admins will not receive emails about pax selections. Instead, admins must verify pax from the booking section and access the available PDF in the view booking details.
9. WP Travel Payment Gateways: The payment gateways provided by WP Travel will no longer be usable. You should configure and use the payment gateways offered by WooCommerce for processing transactions.
10. Inventory Management: The Inventory Management feature of WP Travel is not compatible with WooCommerce Checkout. When WooCommerce Checkout is enabled, trip inventory, seat availability, and capacity management will not be updated or managed by WP Travel. If you require inventory control, we recommend using the native WP Travel Checkout instead.
It’s important to keep these limitations and restrictions in mind when integrating WP Travel with WooCommerce to ensure a smooth and optimized payment experience for your customers.
So, in this way, you can Configure Payment Methods in WooCommerce while using WP Travel.
