Overall: ADP is a sold payroll processing company. Usability isn't as easy as some of the competitors, but has customizable options.

It is a very intuitive environment and being cloud-based, it allows us to have access to all stored information easily while minimizing risks of information loss.

Cons: It is a robust tool, it has many functions, which generates a steep learning curve and it takes a little time to fully adapt to the software and start taking advantage of its benefits, which are many.

Pros: ADP Workforce is available on many platforms like windows and smartphone makes it easy to access. It lets me check employees pay details and tax information. The dashboard is full of information which indicates employee absence, overtime and many other stats.

Cons: Sometimes it's dashboard fails to receive user information.

Overall: ADP Workforce Now is a very instructive tool. It allows me to check many different employee data at a single platform. It gives me the ability to check employee attendance and work time, which is very beneficial for my business. It completely reduces our work stress.
