Mailchimp engages in wrongful/harmful business practices. I tried to cancel the paid version after signing up for free trial period but they are duplicitous intentional/by design in that they make it almost impossible to cancel their service. So I deleted my account...YET A DEBIT STILL WENT OFF!!! Inuit Mailchimp are not to be trusted.

I used to refer people to One.com because of their service. Never again! My email domain has been down for 12+ hours and they can only tell me that they have a technical issue with one of their mail servers. I have never come across this with other service providers. Really infuriating. Without email my business stands still. I will now begin to migrate my domains to another service provider.

The good news is that the problem has now been fully resolved. All queued emails have been safely delivered, and no data was lost, though some customers may have noticed duplicate emails as part of the recovery process.

I NEVER gave them permission for a subscription. When I agreed to them debiting my account it was for a once off payment for an assessment. Mindmetric builds their business on unethical standards. Shame on them!!! Do not use this service.
This company is unethical in its marketing. They position themselves as an information page to help you with tracing your policies. But they are really just a bunch of rude and obnoxious insurance salesman. The person who contacted me was extremely rude and obnoxious when I questioned their unethical marketing practices.
