Q 01Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The button in Settings says Cancel before you open it — not hidden behind “Manage subscription.” Takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your Board and saved scans stay intact.

Q 02What's the refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, self-serve from Settings — no email back-and-forth. Past 7 days we still process refunds for billing issues from the same place, just on a slightly slower path.

Q 03Is this the same as the mobile app?

Separate subscriptions for now. Web Supporter covers the web workflow — Stack comparison and unlimited Board. A unified plan is on the roadmap, not the near-term release.

Q 04Can I use MintPick outside North America?

We accept payments from most countries through Stripe. The product is English-only today; translations will ship when we have enough demand from a specific region to do them well.
