Hi, I would like to leave some feedback for Louise. I recently started a new position and I didn't have a chance to have much of a handover so I was trying to piece things together to get an understanding. Louise was extremely helpful in answering my questions, and guiding me in the right direction re orders. I felt understood and I didn't feel stupid asking the questions.
