Squeeze every penny
At the end of the leasing, we returned the car fully washed.
They charged us +- 400€ cleaning and odor treatment costs.
We don’t smoke and no pets allowed in the car, monthly the car is cleaned inside and outside, as this is reimbursed by the company.
We completely disagree with the odor treatment. +-300€
There was some sand on the floor at the back probably from our kid that went with us to the Audi garage for the pick up of the new car after the cleaning it.
Nothing a simple vacuum can’t handle, but ok a small cleaning fee for that I would agree with.
There was also a + 14day period between the drop off and inspection, so no idea what happened in between with the car.
Not satisfied with this at all!
