I purchased 4 foundry modules as a guest and I only got an email with the product key for one of them being deft steps and light fingers. The rest of them haven't arrived and I sent an email to support last week. I have yet to receive any updates  and we are approaching a full week of no contact.

I would definitely recommend this bookseller as I got my book in excellent condition and promptly. There was a bonus surprise and a lovely welcoming note from Anthony. Top marks. 

I sent several emails, but the customer service didn't respond at all. My order still hasn't been delivered after two months.for the three orders KNY613478, KNY613312, and KNY613280, you have informed us that they have been shipped, but I have not received them yet. Moreover, no relevant tracking information can be found on the official website of An Post (Ireland Post). If the items were shipped, at least one of the three tracking numbers should show shipping records on An Post's website, but currently, none of them are displaying any information. Could you please provide the parcel dockets that were handed over to the delivery carrier?This shopping experience was extremely bad. I didn't receive the goods and there was no reply to my email. Where is my order?
