1. The App

FinRoad is a free personal-finance planning app provided by Rodrigo Silva. It runs on your device and does not require an account. The financial information you enter stays on your device.

2. Not Financial Advice

FinRoad provides tools and projections to help you plan. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional advisor. Projections are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions you provide and do not guarantee any outcome. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and their results.

3. No Payments

FinRoad does not currently offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. All features are provided at no cost. If this changes, these Terms will be updated.

4. Provided "As Is"

FinRoad is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including financial outcomes or loss of locally stored data (for example, if you uninstall the app or your device fails).

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We are not obligated to maintain or support any particular feature.

6. Intellectual Property

The FinRoad app, its name, logo, design, and content are owned by Rodrigo Silva and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The financial data you enter remains yours.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
