25th EU-Montenegro SAPC on 29 and 30 April 2026 in Strasbourg
The European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) held its 25th meeting on 29 and 30 April 2026 under the co-chairmanship of Mr Thomas WAITZ (Chair of the European Parliament Delegation) and Mr Dejan ĐUROVIĆ (Chair of the Delegation of the Parliament of Montenegro). The meeting took place in the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
The agenda included the following items:
- Outstanding reforms under Chapter 23 - Judiciary and fundamental rights and Chapter 24 - Justice, freedom and security
- Tourism in Montenegro in the current geoeconomic context
- State of play of negotiations under Chapter 27 - Environment and climate change
- Presentation of adopted recommendations by participants from the Citizens' Forum on Enlargement (September 2025, Podgorica)
